Does Your Current Roof Leak?
Existing roof leaks should be addressed. If you have any problems with your current roof, those should be tracked down and addressed appropriately before installing any new roof. A leak is a leak. Don’t compromise your home’s security by ignoring or simply covering up leaks.
Poor drainage plans, excessive tree cover, or other factors may be contributing to a roof leak or two…or more! These leaks cannot be ignored. Deal with them before you put on a new roof…and avoid just “covering” them up.
